Refund Policy for Looks Maxing Pillow

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Unused & Unopened Only) If you are not happy with your pillow for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping fees).
    • The pillow must be in brand-new, unused, unopened, and resellable condition with all original packaging, tags, and hygienic liners intact.
    • Pillowcases or any bundled accessories must also be unopened and unused.
  2. Used Pillows – Limited Hygiene Return (Defective Only) Due to health and hygiene regulations, once the pillow has been slept on, removed from its protective liner, or washed, it cannot be returned for a refund except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect or damage.
  3. Defect or Damage Replacement (90 Days) If your pillow arrives damaged or has a legitimate manufacturing defect (e.g., seam splitting, filling clumps that cannot be fluffed, etc.), contact us within 90 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it free of charge (including shipping both ways) after verification. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or comfort preference.
  4. How to Return

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
  5. Refund Processing
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Sale, clearance, or bundled items may have modified return terms noted at checkout.
  6. Non-Returnable Items
    • Used or washed pillows (except for verified defects)
    • Pillows missing original packaging or hygiene liners
    • Items marked “Final Sale”

We stand behind the quality of our Looks Maxing Pillow and believe consistent use can make a difference, but comfort and results are subjective. This policy allows you to try it risk-free while maintaining strict hygiene standards required for bedding products.
