Shipping Policy for Looks Maxing Pillow

We ship worldwide

  1. Processing Time Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches, sales, or high-demand periods, this can extend to 7–10 business days. You’ll get an email when it actually ships — not when you click “buy.”

  2. Delivery Estimates (after shipping)

    • 6-18 days

    These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays happen — customs, weather, carrier backlogs, holidays, or global chaos are out of our control.

  3. Tracking Every order gets a tracking number once it ships. Check your spam folder. We’re not your personal courier; you’re responsible for following the tracking link we send.

  4. Lost or “Stuck” Packages If your tracking hasn’t moved in 20 business days (30 for Australia/Rest of World), contact us with your order number. We’ll file a claim and either reship or refund you — but only after the carrier’s investigation period (which can take weeks). No instant refunds just because you’re

  5. Address Mistakes Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you mess it up and the package gets returned, you pay for reshipping. No exceptions.

  6. Pre-Orders & New Batches If a product page clearly says “Pre-Order” or lists a future ship date, that’s when it ships — not before. Don’t order if you can’t wait.

We move as fast as we can while keeping prices low and quality high. If you need it in 2 days, go buy a $300 pillow at a mall. Otherwise, chill, track your order, and your Looks Maxing Pillow will land when it lands.
